Stephen Cook grew up in Rochester, NY, graduated from St. Bonaventure University, and now lives in the place that he cannot imagine leaving, Rochester, NY…home.

After graduating with a Bachelors of Business Administration, he hit the ground running. He began his career in the SaaS Industry creating various opportunities to strengthen his ability to satisfy his customers. Through Sales, Customer Support, Implementation, and Finance, he knew that he had a natural ability to influence others and play an important role in his business organization (BlueTie, Inc.).

In 2009, Stephen joined Callfinity’s amazing sales team and ended his first year as a Callfinity Software Sales Consultant at 113% quota. Due to his exceptional performance in this role, Callfinity developed a career path that would allow Stephen to get back to his roots working directly with customers.

As a Client Services Project Manager, Stephen lead and project-managed new customer system implementations, and assembled and coordinated customers and internal project teams to ensure smooth installations of intelligent telecommunications applications. Once a client implementation was complete, he transitioned satisfied customers to account management and support engineering for life-cycle management.

He is now starting a new chapter in his career transitioning from Callfinity’s Client Services to the M5 Family and the Department of Project Management. He is very excited to meet his team and prove his ability to succeed.
